The design work happens in Bali. Each piece is produced in small batches, then shipped to our Melbourne stockroom before it reaches you. On our AW26 pieces, that shows up in a few concrete places:

• The sizing runs from 12 to 18 months up through 6 to 7 years, cut for a play-ready fit that survives the kid who picks their own outfit.

Each style in AW26 Capsule One launched with a small run per age band, about 8 to 10 units per size per style. About eight weeks after launch, the remaining stock across the whole capsule breaks down like this:

• Long sleeve top in butter and grey stripe: 29 units across six sizes.
• Long sleeve top in slate blue and zebra: 26 units across four sizes (5-6y and 6-7y are already sold out).
• Camo jorts in green: 12 units across five sizes (6-7y sold out).

Roughly 67 pieces left in the capsule as of writing. We will not re-run this fabric or this print. When a size sells out, it stays out for this drop.

Small batches trade one thing for another. The trade-off you get: no dead stock going to landfill from over-production, and every fabric roll chosen deliberately for the piece rather than the piece designed to fit whatever fabric is cheapest that season. The trade-off you pay: fewer sizes at any moment, and occasional disappointment when the size you want is gone.
