However - know that Saint Toba is a small-family-run-business that focusses on your experience. We will try to cater to everyone's email, and thank you for your understanding.

Return

Eligibility
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Return Process
  • To initiate a return, please fill out the feedback form provided with your order. We value your feedback as a small business and appreciate your input.

  • After submitting the feedback form, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on where to send your return.
Return Shipping

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

Refund
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-14 business days, due to the nature of our small business, we are trying as much as possible to cater to all your need.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of voucher.
Exchanges
  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Sale Items
  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue
Shipping

Your order and others will be processed as soon as possible and will be dropped all at once at 2pm.

For order that's placed after 2 pm will be processed the next day.

For orders on Friday after 2pm, will be processed and shipped next Monday.
