Sizing
A 3-4y measures 56cm in length with a 21.5cm waist laid flat, which is roughly 43cm around before the elastic stretches. Check the full measurements in centimetres rather than going by age alone.
Care
Machine wash cold. No chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low.
Line drying keeps the fit longer, since heat is what moves cotton. Expect a centimetre or two of shrinkage over the first few washes, then it settles.
